Doubt. It’s what our brain use to protect us from disappointment. It makes us question whether what we are doing right now is worthwhile or not.
That’s where most people when it comes to improving their eyesight. They doubt and wonder… and pretty soon they give up altogether because they did not see any results in a few day. Well, as someone who rebuilt her vision, I can tell you it’s not a short journey. It takes months, even years for some people.
The key to success is perseverance.
Let me ask you something. If you KNOW, for a fact, that you can have as much money as you want next year as long as you work hard, how hard would you work? Would you sit around knowing that as you laze, you’re losing the money you can enjoy next year?
Didn’t think so. Same goes to improving eyesight. You have to KNOW that what you’re doing has a purpose and that it brings about tangible results. So here’s what I want you to do.
Get yourself one of those eye charts, normally comes with natural vision improvement kits, and measure your eyesight (instructions also normally included). Record your progress as you do your eye exercises. You may not see any improvement in days… but maybe in 2 weeks time, you can now see the words one step closer than you used to.
It’s only when you see improvements that you’ll get excited over the idea of doing vision exercises and pretty soon you’ll be looking forward to the session!
