How to Improve Your Eyesight: 10 Simple Tips to Throw Your Glasses Away

Turn your head left to the side as much as possible, then continue into twisting with turning your right shoulder to the left. Twist the whole body to the left as much as you can. Hold this position for 5-6 seconds and then slowly release. Repeat the same exercise twisting to the right.

Tip #10 – Get some fresh air

When you work in the office or at home the air conditioned or heated air will dry your eyes even if you do not wear contact lenses. Get outside for the fresh air. It will help you to restore the humidity of your eyes. Try to walk as long as you can during your lunch period to restore your blood circulation.
