Personal video recording has gone through many different phases over the past 30 years. We first had these big clunky video cameras that we only used because they were a novelty. So video cameras got cheaper, lighter, smaller, better quality, and more portable. Also, there was more things we could do with a video. We no longer need tapes and can instead upload bits of digital information onto the internet or our own computers. Some cameras have wireless options too.
Now there is a new phase going on that might be more powerful than all the other phases combined. This is the era of HDHF or (high definition hands free) video recording. We can now buy a pair of high quality video recording eyewear. We do not need to hold our cameras anymore. We can wear this “eyewear”, which look like cool sunglasses, and record real high quality high def video. This technology allows the user to record what they see. This is called true point of view video recording. There are countless applications for this kind of video. We can record everything we see in HD. We do not need to interrupt our life by taking out a camera and looking through it at what we want to record. This is all done automatically.
You can just carry on with your normal life and record whatever you are doing. If you are watching your son’s hockey or baseball game, you just have to remember to wear your shades. They are so easy that there is no excuse to not have everything on video. The cons of recording a video have completely gone away while all the pros remain.
