Hi, I’d like to tell you about some techniques that you can use to improve your eyesight. These are natural steps and exercises that can help you, the best of all is that is all based on natural remedies. Also what we eat has a lot to do with our sight, yes, believe it or not that is true, A healthy diet and exercise is good for your health which in turn will keep your eyes working properly.
Talking about eating habits, you must include in your diet foods that are rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, and E as they are all just the nutrients the body craves. Some other foods that have a lot of nutrients are soy beans, raisins, pecans, liver, sunflower seeds and apricots. This foods are great to keep our body’s PH and balance the amount of acid and alkaline. Also if we get a good mix in our diet of ingredients and foods that help us to break down foods and digest nutrients in an appropriate way, for example combine meat and salad and you will feel the difference.
Now if you complement your diet with some eye exercise you could be in your way to improve your eyesight the natural way.
One of the exercises is to find a dot in a page, be sure it’s a paper of a book or some document at your job. Well once you find that period, focus on it, after some seconds it will become less clear, that is normal. When that happens, close your eyes and relax them for a while, the when you open them again look to the same period, don’t make an effort and don’t stare, let your eyes move around the page for a minute, blink a little bit, close your eyes and picture the dot, once you open them you will see much clear
This is just an example of an exercise and a diet that can help you, I’m sure you will find a lot more over the internet, there are also some very good e books that have some excellent diet and exercise advise, just be patient and you will have the results you want. I did that myself and that is why I’m sharing this information with you, I was planning to have the lasik surgery but it was very expensive for me and also I read it has some side effects, so I decided that was not for me.
