- The thumb exercise – Extend your right arm and position your right thumb in front of your eyes. Focus on your thumb and take a deep breath then focus on an object about 10-15 feet away. The thumb exercise requires different eye muscles and helps strengthen them for better vision.
- Trataka – this eye exercise is practiced in yoga. It involves staring at something for a long time, you can also do this exercise at home or at work while on break. Place an object in the straight line of your eye about 3-4 feet away from you. Stare at this object hard and as long as you can. When your eyes begin hurting, close them and try to maintain an image of that object for as long as you can. This is one of the eye exercises to improve vision and increase concentration.
